Contracts between you and Mooch shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Pricing and Availability:-
We try to keep our website as up to date as possible however we do change our stock regularly and cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. Please be aware that some of our products are extremely limited and are sold on a first come first served basis. Our customer service team will always Endeavour to source a particular product for you if it is out of stock and are happy advise you of a suitable alternative where possible.
All prices specified on the www.Emeraldcitygifts.co.uk website are subject to change without notice. Each price is inclusive of VAT (currently 15%). There is also an additional charge for delivery. The amount for delivery shall vary according to the delivery method that you choose. Once your order has been process and in the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, or that Emerald City Gifts needs to change the price due to a supplier price increase, tax change or typing error on the site, Emerald City Gifts will notify you and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order.

To place an order we will require your name, address, email address, credit/debit card details and a telephone number so that we may reach you quickly if there is a problem with your order or delivery. Please be aware that orders taken after 12 noon on Saturday will not be processed until the next working day.
We may refuse to accept an order if:
1. The goods are not available
2. We cannot obtain authorization for payment
3. There has been a pricing or description error on a product
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
1 - If you want to cancel an order
You can cancel anytime from when you place your order up to 7 days after you receive your goods. Just let us know you are doing this by emailing or writing to us. Please note that once we have dispatched your goods, you become legally responsible for returning the goods to us within 14 days in original condition and at your own expense once you receive them. Please include original packaging. We recommend you post the goods, insuring them against loss or damage in transit, and obtain proof of posting. Once we confirm receipt of your cancelled goods in original condition, we will refund you the price of the goods within 7 days. No refund will be made if the goods are not in original condition.
2 - If you don’t receive your goods within 16 days (18 days for Economy Delivery), or if your goods are damaged in transit
Email or write to us so we can check with our courier. If we are at fault we will refund you the price of the goods plus delivery. If we are not at fault, we will refund you the price of the goods, subject to payment by you of the direct postage cost we incur to recover the goods. No refund will be made if your goods are delayed, lost or damaged due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g. the delivery address you give us being incorrect, severe weather conditions, or acts of vandalism or terrorism. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3 - If you think your goods are faulty or not as described
If you think your goods are faulty or not as described on this website, post the goods back to us, insuring them against loss or damage in transit. If we agree with you, we will refund you the price of the goods plus the direct postage cost. If we disagree with you, we will offer to return the goods to you, subject to payment by you of the direct postage cost we incur to redeliver the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
